I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of items available in the rooms, which were spacious enough for 3 people. However, the double bed made out of two single beds put together wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering a promotion for a room located in a beautiful garden yard next to the US consulate. The location was quiet and near the Arno river, making it easy to explore Florence on foot or by public transportation. The dining experience was excellent with a good selection of continental items and cooked dishes like scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and sausage.
